Mausoleum is an original title-sequence concept built from a series of black-and-white analog photographs created specifically for the project. The sequence explores the subject of the mausoleum through stark architectural imagery and a restrained visual language, allowing the photographs themselves to establish the atmosphere rather than relying on digital image manipulation. Traditional film photographs were processed, digitally scanned, and then transformed into a moving sequence through controlled zooms, rotations, animation, typography, editing, and compositing. The result brings a tactile photographic process into a contemporary motion format while maintaining the character and integrity of the original film imagery, using movement, pacing, and typography to transform a series of still photographs into a complete cinematic title sequence with a cohesive visual rhythm throughout.
